The executive chair swivels 360 degrees for multi-tasking convenience, and its durable nylon casters allow for smooth-rolling mobility from one area of your office to another. 
To raise the seat, remove your weight from the chair, then pull up on the pneumatic control handle. To lower the seat, stay seated and pull up on the handle until you’re at the preferred height. The executive chair can be adjusted from 41.34 to 45.08 inches high.
The seat can also be adjusted in tilt; a tilt tensioner knob allows you to lock the seat at any angle you wish, or choose to rock back and forth with ease. However, the back rest and arm rests of the High-Back Executive Office Chair are not adjustable whatsoever. Provided that your body and desk are perfectly matched to the position of this chair’s lumbar support and the height of its arm rests, it may actually be quite a comfortable chair.

You screw the seat into the base. Set the seat on the base. The arms screw to the seat and the back to the arms. A very simple job that takes 30 to 40 minutes. It is far more adjustable than many executive chairs and has a particularly well designed seat back that provides ample lumbar support, provided that the chair fits your height.
